The engagement began with consultations led by Aman Shah (solutions consultant), who gathered branding requirements, foot traffic behavior, and security concerns. A detailed quotation package was prepared, including display configurations, mounting structures, and surveillance coverage.
During negotiations, Riya Desai (Project Coordinator) worked closely with store owners to refine system specifications while aligning with budget and mall compliance standards.
