System-Builders provided a complete low-voltage rough-in solution for a professional photography studio, ensuring future-ready infrastructure for lighting, AV, and networking systems.
Project Narrative
Initial site walkthroughs were conducted by Ethan Patel (Field Engineer) to understand lighting layouts, equipment placement, and production workflows. A comprehensive quote was issued covering cabling pathways, termination points, and expansion capacity.
After scope alignment, Sofia Martinez (Account Manager) finalized pricing and timelines with the client.
Engineering drawings included:
Cable routing diagrams
Equipment zone layouts
Rack positioning plans
Once the agreement was signed, compliance documents were submitted and the installation team—led by Marcus Lee—was cleared for site access.
Rough-in work included:
Structured cabling installation
Conduit placement
Backbox and termination prep
All materials were procured via scheduled POs and tracked internally.
Progress updates were shared with the client weekly, ensuring alignment with other trades. Minor change orders were implemented for additional shooting zones.
Upon completion, detailed documentation was provided to support final fit-out phases.
System-Builders remains engaged for final device installation and long-term support.
